Technology and AI, filed in your clients’ format.
I build the internal tools a consulting firm runs on. Then I turn them into what it sells. Here is one, pointed at the banks you serve.

ClearedSchedule SIG · Signal to Staffed
Real public bank news · fictional consultants · runs in your browser
Your posting asks for three things: spot the need, staff it fast, walk in prepared. Pick a signal. Run it one item at a time.
| Item | Description | Result |
|---|---|---|
| SIG 1.a | Signal received | Pending |
| SIG 1.b | Need identified | Pending |
| SIG 1.c | Consultants matched from bench and network | Pending |
| SIG 1.d | Meeting prep brief for the account lead | Pending |
| SIG 1.e | Human review and audit trail | Pending |
Signals link to their public sources. Consultants are invented demo data, and the demo plays back prepared results so it runs anywhere with no keys. Nothing here uses Heitmeyer data. In production the match reads your ATS and CRM, the model drafts the brief, and the account lead approves before anything goes out.
Schedule PRF · Already built, line by line
Each row maps to a line in your posting
The demo above is not a one off. I have shipped each piece of it inside a consulting firm already. Here is the reconciliation.
| Item | Your posting asks for | What I built | Evidence |
|---|---|---|---|
| PRF 1 | Client signals and meeting preparation | Account Flare. An agent that watches public news on every client and lead and emails each rep a daily digest of reasons to call. | Sponsored by the VP of Sales. Rolled out to the sales team. |
| PRF 2 | Relationship intelligence | Single Point of Truth (SPOT). An AI knowledge layer for sales and consulting on GCP and Snowflake, with role based access and an MCP server. | 600+ queries from a 40 person org in its first six days. |
| PRF 3 | Sourcing, screening and matching | Sparq Scout. AI sourcing and resume screening that moves the talent team off LinkedIn Recruiter. | Under two hours from ask to a working tool in the talent lead's hands. |
| PRF 4 | Redeployment | Flare. Delivery health and a bench exchange where Claude ranks available consultants against any staffing ask. | Runs on the firm's own cloud with security guardrails on. |
| PRF 5 | AI governance and bank vendor diligence | An agent audit ledger demo. Every agent action and reasoning trace lands in a tamper proof log. | Built for responsible AI review, the questions regulated buyers ask. |
| PRF 6 | AI in production with business impact | An ML merchandising and allocation platform for a global athletic footwear retailer across roughly 200 US stores, at Launch by NTT Data. | Stockouts down 37%. Sales up 20% on popular drops. |
| PRF 7 | Shape proposals, connect tech to revenue | Pricing, packaging and SOW structure for a Phase 1 AI engagement with a Fortune 50 retailer. | Signed at $806K. |
| PRF 8 | Own the budget, vendors and the function | Built NTT Data's first product org and led it: 60+ people, 15 direct reports. | Owned budgets and vendors. Launches ran 50 to 55% faster. |
| PRF 9 | Banking experience, preferred | Safewire, a fintech that stopped wire fraud in real estate payments. I owned the roadmap and go to market. Earlier, identity and access for the State of Ohio's sensitive systems. | Payments and fraud, not banking ops. The gap I'd close first with your practice leads. |
